I am not that comfortable arranging things over the computer- much less something that was as necessary as a wheelchair for my mother. If this hadn't worked I would have been at a loss of what to do next! It was so seamless that I was pinching myself, because not one thing went wrong!!! Teresa delivered the chair ahead of time and took a picture to show me that it was dropped off. She communicated quickly via email when I reached out and let me know she would help if their were any problems. I took a picture of where I left the chair at the end of the week and that was that! Excellent experience
