Better communication with people at terminal. I was told by the check-in person at the terminal that my scooter had not been dropped off. They were wrong because my scooter had been dropped off. This caused me great concern because I couldn’t travel without the scooter and of course confusion when I arrived. My contact immediately took care of the situation and all went well during my trip. Just wondering how this could be avoided in the future because it was scary for a few minutes, thought I wasn’t going to be able to go on my cruise.
