Colbert Aimee dropped off the device, showed us how to use it. It was very simple to assemble and transport. This was an unexpected need for us while visiting our Daughter and son-in-law in Florida ( we live in PA). It truly changed the outcome of our trip. There was a slight issue with timing on pick up but a representative was helpful in advising us to leave it at the hotel desk. Colbert followed up with a call to let us know it had been picked up. Very pleased we reached out to use this service.
