The service was outstanding. There was a mixup in my booking and my room was changed to a new area which meant that the transport had to be delivered to a different site. Fortunately, my new transport was delivered to the new site in a matter of minutes. There was no major inconvenience and I got my transport in a timely manner. Wonderful experience with this organization.
