Very easy, didnt really like that I couldn't confirm delivery location prior to booking, just had to trust that it was accepted.
The driver Dayvid was amazing, the DIS wouldn't let him leave it with anyone and he had to try a few times before we coukd actually meet up, I felt so bad for him!
The mobility scooter will Not charge outside in extreme heat. I actually put a ziplock bag of ice on the charger to facilitate it charging.
Overall it was a good experience and would definitely use them again!
