This year, we are opening new markets and launching new products for borrowers. We plan to be the largest e-commerce platform for rentals in the world. It’s a big goal and we are recruiting people to join us on this journey.

About You:

You feel successful when you are able to help other people succeed. You are passionate about small businesses in the US. You see yourself as both a troubleshooter and a cheerleader.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience in sales

- 5+ years experience in hospitality

- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills

- Decisiveness and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with our rental partners to understand their challenges and help them increase their revenues through the Cloud of Goods platform.

- Document and optimize our partner on-boarding process as it evolves, including conducting virtual (and when safe in person) training.

- Capture requested/recommended product features to support partner satisfaction efforts, and work with leadership to prioritize items on the technical roadmap and increase order acceptance.

- Launch, nurture, and moderate our private Partner Facebook Group.

- Highlight partner to celebrate and share that partner success story across internal and external channels.
