They offer great service. Renting a stroller online is super easy. You choose the date you want it delivered and picked up. The stroller was waiting by the time we got to the hotel. At the end we just brought it back to the lobby. I was informed the pick up was successful. I will use them again in the future.

It was fabulous to arrive at our hotel and the stroller rental was waiting for ud! It was nice to have the option of the stroller being pickef up after our ladt day! I think the only suggestion I have is to allow customers to choose the type/brand of stroller instead of lyck of the draw. If I ever need a sttoller rental again, I will definitely use Cloud of Goods

The drop off pick up service was excellent, the scooter worked well, but begin beeping at the end of the evening, fortunately I was able to find a plug to charge it and get it back to the hotel.

Customer service was great, ordering was easy - I did it on line. The ECV was delivered to my hotel and picked up from there. The only issue was the battery ran down very quickly. I spent a fair amount of time looking for electricity outlets inDisneyland to plug it in to. However, all in all a good experience

Had to call to find out where the driver was to drop off the scooter because I was waiting at the dropoff point for a good 20-30 minutes and he hadn't showed up yet. Otherwise it was a good experience.
