I think your customer service was excellent. You delivered the ECV to my hotel and it was waiting for me when I got there. Even though I had a issue with the battery you rectified the situation immediately. Customer service like this isn't present like this in many companies. I felt like I received a great personal experience. Thank you.

Renting a stroller for our Disneyland trip was simple and affordable! The stroller was waiting at the hotel when we arrived and we were able to leave it at the hotel upon departure. Truly perfect and the stroller had a red top which was a little easier to find in the sea of strollers in Fantasyland! I will rent again and I highly recommend!

Great experience with renting a wheelchair. They were very communicative. They called me the day before to confirm when they were going to be delivering the wheelchair as well as the day of pick up. Chair was in good condition and lightweight. We were very very pleased.
