The service and customer experience were wonderful and went exactly as expected. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is the equipment. We had an older scooter with an unreliable battery indicator. The light would go from showing fully charged to half battery then jump back to 3/4 battery. This caused us to adjust our park plans both days and go back to the hotel mid-day to recharge the scooter. Overall great service. Will definitely use again.
