The wagon made navigating the parks woth a 5 year old so much easier than I anticipated. Everything was easy with drop off and pick up and I would 100% recommend Jay's mobility for any and all Orlando visits!

Product delivery was great! Product was in good condition for rental use at local theme parks and very useful in hauling kids and items.

it was very convenient but the wagon smelled weird and was very greasy feeling I had to go over it with some wipes
