Ordering was easy! The original wheelchair delivered did not have the elevated leg rests that the pediatric wheelchair was advertised as having, but both Cloud of Goods and the subcontracting mobility company were easy to contact, friendly, and worked quickly to find a substitution that would suit our needs. Thanks to Cloud of Goods our daughter was able to enjoy her birthday theme park adventure even with a broken leg. Thank you!

Cloud of Goods made it very easy on us. Our 3 year old toddler had a broken leg and their pediatric wheelchair made it possible for her daycare routine to not be interrupted. The wheelchair was awesome and was both dropped off and picked up to our home which made it stress free for us. We feel really grateful for a great experience!

Our normal disney trip became an usual one for us as our oldest has her appendix out just a few days before arrival to Orlando. We rented a wheelchair for her last minute - and the agent that helped us was kind, made sure we got the wheelchair that was best size for us, and included a cushion that was so helpful for her sitting for hours in the park. We were so grateful she was able to enjoy the trip!

Great experience! Driver and all staff communicated with me throughout my entire rental. Very sweet and professional staff. We rented a pediatric wheelchair for our daughter so we didn’t need to transport hers on a plane. The wheelchair that was delivered was very clean and well kept. We will definitely rent again when in Florida!
