Everything worked out great. The cart was there when we checked in and was easy to drop off when we checked out. It enabled my husband to be able to experience San Francisco in a way he would not have been able to without the cart.

Easy to communicate with via text. Delivered scooter right to door as requested. Gave good instructions on it's operation. I appreciated him dusting off the scooter as it had been in storage.

Everything was great! One suggestion to pass one when using the larger scooter, remove the arms. It makes for easier movement getting on and off the elevator and getting in and out of the rooms
