My 5 stars are more for the personnel that helped me than the actual website.. However if they weren’t around IDK what I would have done after blowing out my ACL and MCL less than a week before my nephews wedding. First time using Cloud of Goods. At first I didn’t like that there wasn’t immediate confirmation of my reservation, but when my power scooter was delivered NEXT DAY by Roland Addison Jr any trepidation was blown away. He was awesome. Drove all the way from Norfolk to just North of Richmond, had multiple options for me to choose from, gave a tutorial and was just a pleasant, professional person to assist us. He definitely is an asset to yall. Will def use again especially if able to request Roland. Thank you so much!

Online ordering is so easy. Getting the scooter at our hotel is so convenient as well. The only thing that would make the experience better would be to just leave the scooter at the bell desk instead of waiting for the driver to pick it up. Thanks

Thank you for the delivery of scooter. It worked great and made getting around the ship uneventful. But a few things first. The heavy duty wheels, wouldn’t allow it to fit in the stateroom. And because this boat only had one plug per room, we couldn’t plug it up at night. But it held a charge for days. Amazing. We had to take it down to guest services every night to be stored and charged, because they wouldn’t allow it outside your door.
