I had a great experience booking a scooter for my first Disneyland visit. Everything was done online. Communication was great. My delivery driver Matt was wonderful and very communicative as well. Delivery was to Disneyland and the scooter was in great condition and held battery charge all day! I've never used or rented a scooter before and they made it very very easy. The scooter was easy to operate and made my visit to Disneyland so much easier on me! Would recommend! Thank you!

Unit was not a unit for heavy duty use. It worked well but was not the unit that was pictured as a heavy duty unit. I look forward to using cloud of goods again I. The future.

My wife and I rented scooters for a trip to SeaWorld with our grandkids. We would not have been able to do the trip without the scooters. Delivery and pickup was right on time. Batteries held up very well and scooters were strong all day. Delivery driver was very helpful and extremely courteous. P

Ursula was a pleasure to work with. She delivered and picked up the mobility scooter on time as scheduled. She is professional, friendly, and responsive. The scooter was in excellent condition, worked as advertised, and was easy to operate. Due to my good experience with Ursula and Cloud of Goods, I ended up purchasing one. I highly recommend this company and Ursula.
