We offer a versatile selection of mobility aids to suit different needs. Each item listed on our platform includes detailed specifications, including maximum weight capacities and seat widths. We encourage reviewing these details before booking to ensure a perfectly supportive ride.

While our standard and lightweight models are fantastic for paved pathways, museums, and shopping districts, they are not intended for rough, unpaved desert terrain. We highly recommend sticking to accessible, paved areas like the paths at Moorten Botanical Garden or smooth resort walkways to ensure your safety and prevent damage to the rented equipment.

Pricing is highly flexible and depends entirely on the specific model you choose and the total duration of your reservation. Booking for a longer period usually lowers the daily rate, making it very cost-effective for extended vacations. You can view an exact, transparent quote instantly by entering your travel dates directly on our product selection page.

Cloud of Goods never charges hidden security deposits for your reservations. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. During the drop-off process, the delivery driver will simply verify your identity using a standard photo ID to ensure the equipment is handed over to the correct person safely and securely.

The transportation cost is calculated separately based on the exact distance between our local partner and your specified drop-off location. This fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize payment, so you always know exactly what you are paying for bringing the item to your resort or vacation rental.

We understand that itineraries can shift unexpectedly, so we offer a straightforward cancellation process. If you need to modify or cancel your booking, you can easily do so through your customer portal. We strongly encourage reviewing our official Refund and Cancellation policy pages for exact details regarding timelines and any potential fees associated with changes.
