Convenient Gear Delivery in Sarasota for the PINC Experience

Yes you can easily rent a mobility scooter through Cloud of Goods for this event. We offer several models that will ensure you navigate the conference with ease. Our local partners deliver the scooter directly to your hotel or vacation rental so it is ready when you arrive in town.

The historic theater generally accommodates standard wheelchairs for attendees. We recommend contacting the venue organizers directly to confirm seating arrangements and accessible pathways before the conference begins. A standard manual wheelchair is narrow enough for most accessible entrances.

We absolutely deliver strollers and other family gear to accommodations throughout the city. You simply provide your hotel name and address during the checkout process online. Our delivery partner will coordinate with the front desk to ensure your stroller is waiting for you upon arrival.

Most of our standard mobility scooters hold a charge that lasts between ten and fifteen miles depending on the terrain and usage. This is typically more than enough power to get through a full day of presentations at the conference. We provide the charging cable so you can plug it in overnight.

Yes we offer a wide variety of medical equipment beyond just mobility scooters and wheelchairs. You can rent items like knee scooters and transport chairs to make your trip more comfortable. Browse our full inventory online to find exactly what you need for your visit to Florida.

We pride ourselves on providing reliable and well maintained rental equipment. If you encounter any mechanical issues during the event you can reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will work quickly to repair or replace the item so you do not miss any important presentations.

You do not always need to be present for the delivery at most major hotels. Our delivery partners can typically leave the equipment with the bell desk or concierge on your behalf. We will send you a notification once the drop off is complete so you know your gear is ready to use.

We offer transportable mobility scooters that easily break down into a few lighter pieces. These pieces can fit into the trunk of most standard sized vehicles for a quick trip to the theater. This makes it very convenient if you are commuting from a vacation rental further out in the city.

We strongly suggest booking your rental equipment at least a few weeks in advance of your travel dates. Sarasota is a popular destination and conferences bring in many extra visitors. Reserving early ensures the exact model you want is available and locked in for your specific trip dates.

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Cloud of Goods offers a flexible cancellation policy for most rental reservations. Please review our specific cancellation terms on our website when booking to understand any potential cutoff times for receiving a full refund.
