Delivery and Pickup: How It Works
 

At a Hotel:
We can deliver your standard baby stroller to your hotel bell desk either the evening before or the day of your rental, depending on hotel policies. 
Not checked in yet? No problem! We can leave the stroller at the bell desk under your reservation name, so you can pick it up at your convenience. 
(Tip: Please include your hotel reservation name in the "notes" section of the checkout form).

If your hotel does not allow vendors to leave rental items, we'll coordinate an in-person drop-off and pick up with you.

To return the stroller, simply leave it with the bell desk or front desk, and we’ll pick it up the evening your rental ends. Easy and hassle-free!
 

At a Residence or an AirBnB:
We deliver to any residence within our service area. Not sure if you’re within our range? Fill out your delivery address in the reservation form, and we'll confirm whether we can deliver to your location.

We might drop off the stroller the evening before or the morning of your rental start date. If you prefer morning delivery, please specify in the "Special Instructions" section on the reservation form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 

At a Theme Park, Airport, Cruise Ship, or Specific Destination:
Need your standard stroller delivered to Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Studios, an airport, rental car counter, cruise terminal, or another specific location? Availability depends on our delivery partners' schedules. We highly recommend having the stroller delivered to your hotel, vacation home, or residence instead.

If you must have it delivered to a specific location, please specify the desired drop-off and pickup times in the "Special Instructions" section of the reservation form. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
