Everything went great except for the fact we rented the wheelchair from 4/2 until 4/7 and it did not arrive until end of day on 4/2. I had to follow up and try to track it down until I heard from the driver Nick, around 5pm, that it was going to be delivered around 5:30 PM on 4/2. Nick was very nice and timely.
I would recommend giving customers an expected/approximate delivery time when sending the confirmation email. Especially considering most people are renting items such as this because they are from out of town or on vacation and have other things scheduled on their itinerary. It would be nice to know when they can collect their rental items. Thank you, Jennie Stevens
