The rental was Great, the distance between the park and pick up was not enjoyable but understandable. At the end of the day the gentleman that picked up the rental was super kind and very helpful, he drove us to the parking structure after pick up and saved us a tremendous amount of walking. NOTE... Drop off should be on the other side of the street, there is a walk in gate for pedestrians up a flight of stairs to the elevators. Perfect...

Great service. Very easy to work with. I think the battery on my unit was bad. Even after charging for 12 hours overnight, it kept falling into the red zone and I had to stop frequently to recharge.

Mobility scooter was waiting when I arrived at the hotel. At the end of our stay I left it at front desk. No issues. Scooter itself ran well, great battery life.

Perfect experience. This cart allowed me to enjoy my conference. I will definitely do it again. It was there when I arrived and I left it with the hotel. I received an email 3 hours later that it had been picked up and my account was closed.

Great job, the mobility scooter was waiting for me at my hotel. Unlike other rental units, no advertisment signs on the front. It makes it feel like it is more personally mine.
