Freddy/Jackie were so prompt and courteous. They kept me updated via text messages frequently, I never had to wonder when they would arrive as they kept me updated—no stress. I wasn’t sure if the theme park would have a scooter as we were arriving in the late morning so I contacted Cloud of Goods and I’m glad I did. I couldn’t have made the distance to inside the park to where the scooters were. Being able to pick up in Uber drop-off area made it so easy. Thank you!

Jesse made things easy for me to receive, and return the scooter chair after the cruise. As I was approaching to get a taxi, he came over and greeted me and took it from there. I didn’t even have to search for him! I highly recommend this company very professional!
