The experience was just fine. Carlos was AWESOME! Only issue.. wanted something that broke down like the description said, only to find it did not. Therefore, wasn't able to take it anywhere. Expensive learning experience, but the price if it was what I wanted would be GREAT! LOVED the delivery & pickup! NOT complaining at all about the company or equipment.
