Insurance Requirements
All drivers must carry full-coverage insurance that will fully extend to the wheelchair-accessible vehicle.
Full Coverage:
Comprehensive and Collision coverage in addition to general liability (state minimum). Comprehensive and Collision is the portion of a policy that covers the rental vehicle in the case of any damages. Limits should be at least 50k or actual cash value of the van they will be renting.
Fully Extend:
The value of the chassis alone is between 25 – 40k. The value of the conversion adds an additional 20k or more. If the coverage fails to extend to any portion of the vehicle, it is not acceptable.

No individual that is uninsured can rent from Cloud of Goods. If a customer is uninsured, they must either obtain a full-coverage insurance policy or find an insured individual to rent in their place.

An individual with liability only must either change their policy to include comprehensive and collision coverage or utilize the SureApp/3rd party supplemental insurance option (availability in select states only)

Delivery and pickup: How it works
At a hotel:

We might drop off your Wheelchair Accessible Van(s) at the hotel bell desk the evening before your rental date or the day of if the hotel allows that option. Not checked in yet? No problem! We can leave your item(s) at the bell desk under your hotel reservation name and you can pick it up at your earliest convenience.
