I had a great experience. In my brain fog I had messed up the day my family was landing altogether but was still able to get a wheelchair at the very last minute which I certainly didn’t expect, it was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Happy to have found this service for the holiday weekend so that I was able to rent a wheelchair and join the festivities. The website was easy to navigate and the communication and updates were exactly as needed. Will definitely use this service again if every needed. Thanks for a great experience!

We experienced both ends of the spectrum. Our wheelchair arrived 2 hours later than promised, so we lost 2 hours of visiting the DC area. Then, the rubber on the left wheel fell apart on the first day, forcing us to cut our visit short. But, I called the local rep (Okechukwu Nwosu) that evening, and he replaced our wheelchair overnight. This wheelchair worked great! Okechukwu Nwosu allowed us to enjoy our DC visit the next day.

This is an amazing service. My mom has MS and mobility issues, but really wants to visit without needing to transport devices to help her get around. To be able to rent a light wheelchair for the time we needed was just amazing. Pick-up and drop-off were seamless with great communication, and the wheelchair was pristine. We will 100% use again and highly recommend this service.
