It was kind of unclear towards the end but it all worked out good!! Would recommend the company to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience! Delivered and picked up at the hotel where we stayed! This really made travelling across the state with an almost 93 year old so much easier!

Jeffrey Guzman (Kansas) made this process easy for my employer who was travelling for the first time since surgery. Even though the venue was over an hour away, Jeffrey assured me that the power scooter would be delivered on time. I've used Cloud of Goods in many cities over the years and our experience has always been the same ... top notch! Thank you!

The entire process from start to finish was so smooth! I booked an electric scooter for my 90-year-old grandmother to explore NYC for her first time (it was her Bucket List Trip!) The item was delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival, was easy to use and maneuver, and was picked up from our hotel after our departure.
