The woman who was my liaison for this rental was extremely helpful & understanding. I made the order for a rollator for my husband who was travelling to Las Vegas without me. He is not technically adept so I was the go between for notifying Ki Rentals that he had received the unit as scheduled and that he had dropped it off for pickup. We did this by text and she also called me before the drop off and pickup to ensure everything was as expected and that there were no glitches. We would happily use Ki Rentals again. Thank you.
