The drop-off and retrieval team were incredible, and thanks to Cloud of Goods our family's trip to The Galleria (Houston) was fantastic! The mobility scooter lasted all afternoon and did exactly what it was supposed to do: my sister was able to keep up with everyone and by the end of the day she was tired but not miserable and in pain. Thank you so much!

David made this a seamless experience right from the time I booked. He kept in contact with me before I arrived, asked if the wheelchair met my needs after I picked it up, and made it seamless for me to leave it with the reception at our departing hotel. The slim sized ultralight wheelchair was perfect for taxis and getting into narrow doorways in Ireland. It was perfect for our trip!
