“The provider provided excellent service. They communicated with us via personal text the day before dropping off. They met up with my wife at the hotel, went over how it worked. (We are wheelchair neophytes.). On the final day, they reached out again via text, and we arranged to leave it at the hotel. They picked it up well after we were gone. Everything went smooth, and we appreciated the service immensely.”
